Application of this kind of melt filter
This kind of melt filter mainly used on the waste plastic recycling granulator, it is used as the coarse filter(the first step of filtration), usually it is used combination with our other types hydraulic screen changer, such as the plate type hydraulic screen changer, double piston screen changer and so on.
Shortage of this kind of melt filter
Since this kind of melt filter is now very popular in the field of plastic recycling pelletizing, it's usually used for the first step to filter the coarse impurities
it's limited by its structure, there is no screen mesh, and only many small hole on the filter plate, and a scraper discharge the impurities, so the filter fineness(filtration precision) is less than 60 meshes, which means this kind of melt filter can discharge the impurities bigger than dia 300um.
