Why do we need to use the screen changer/ melt filter on the non-woven fabric extrusion machine?

In nonwovens manufacture it is necessary to achieve a uniform spinning quality across all spin packs. Therefore, any in homogeneities must be removed before they enter the spinning beam. Moreover, process consistency regarding pressure and temperature is the basic prerequisite for an efficient production. Our GT-DP-R series double-piston continuous screen changer is widely used on spun bond and melt-blown nonwovens production lines

Commissioning
At the requirement of customer, seller should send technicians to install and debug the screen changer to the die at site of Buyers, Travelling expenses and accommodation fee should be borne by Buyers.

Warranty
"three guarantees"(return, replacement, repair) of all the spare parts for one year. Travelling expenses and accommodation fee for"three guarantees" will be borne by users.

Commissioning

We provide the operation manual for customers to gudie to install the screen changer, and at the requirement of user, salers should send technician to install and commissioning the die at site of Buyers, expenses of the trip should be borne by Buyers.

 

After-sales service

12 months with proper operation by user, all the spare parts shall be replaced free of charge under guarantee period, fee for transportation and packing will be borne by users.
