This kind of screen changer consists of the main body of the screen changer and four unique screen packs, and equipped with leading material- feed and exhaust system.
Before screen changing, it can lead to feed material, and the exhaust system begins to work, then the standby location screen pack move to the working position. The impurities and the air in the raw material then can be removed, thus reduce the scrap.
The whole screen changing time is a continuousness and stability process, the melt pressure without fluctuation.
