Why do we need to use the hydraulic screenchanger on film blowing machine?
In blown film manufacturing, except the reliable removal of solid and soft particles in the melt, process-constant production even during screen changes or during the use of reclaim is particularly important. Moreover, the filtration system must exclude the possibility of leakage.

When the bubble is lost in a blown film line due to a screen pack change on a conventional screen changer, a considerable amount of time and material is lost. The screen moves imperceptibly slowly and continuously so as not to disturb the polymer flow, and the continuous motion of the screen automatically adjusts to correspond to the rate at which the screen is clogging.
