GM-ACB series
 We have installed this kind of automatic screen changer on the wire drawing extrusion machine of one of our customers, and it makes succeed on the production line,no impact the production during the screen belt  move forwards, and the preuusre fluctuation is very small and negligible.

Features of this kind of screen changer
1) no need other drive system, and the screen move forwards by the strength caused by the pressure differential between the inlet side screen and the outlet screen.
2)this kind of screen changer requires strictly of the raw material of the extruder, the material can not  be very dirty, otherwise the screen can be easy blocked and the screen change frequency become high,  once the controll system can not feedback timely, the whole machine will be fault

We provide the operation manual for customers to gudie to install the screen changer, and at the requirement of user, salers should send technician to install and commissioning the die at site of Buyers, expenses of the trip should be borne by Buyers.
 
After-sales service
12 months with proper operation by user, all the spare parts shall be replaced free of charge under guarantee period, fee for transportation and packing will be borne by users.
