In nonwovens manufacture it is necessary to achieve a uniform spinning quality across all spin packs. Therefore, any in homogeneities must be removed before they enter the spinning beam. Moreover, process consistency regarding pressure and temperature is the basic prerequisite for an efficient production. Our GM-DP-R series double-piston continuous screen changer is widely used on spun bond and melt-blown nonwovens production lines

Fragility of nitration: Less than grade 1

At the requirement of customer, seller should send technicians to install and debug the screen changer to the die at site of Buyers, Travelling expenses and accommodation fee should be borne by Buyers.

Warranty
"three guarantees"(return, replacement, repair) of all the spare parts for one year. Travelling expenses and accommodation fee for"three guarantees" will be borne by users.
