Features of this GM-SSP series hydraulic screen changer
1, Filtration screen diameter ranges from 70-320mm.
2,With highly precise design, the screen has good abrasive resistant, high pressure performance, ensuring large effective filtration area and improving filtration effect.
3,It works well even under high temperature up to 300ºC and high pressure up to 50 MPa.
4,Screen changing time ≤ 2 seconds with pressure accumulator.
Since the features of this kind of screen exchanger, several sets of screen exchanger can be drived and controled by one set of hydraulic unit and control system, it is widely used on the multi-layer extrusion machine, such as the 3-layer co-extrusion plastic sheet extrusion machine, and 3 layer film blowing machine, and the corrugated pipe extrusion machine, decrease the cost of manufactures and do not impact the high performance of the screen exchanger.
