GM-SSP series of melt filter is the most widely used in all over the world, for its proven technology and affordable price and easy operation.

it's also called single plate hydraulic screen changer

The structure of this GM-SSP series of melt filter
1) the main body of the screen changer
Raw material: 38CrMoAlA
and the main body of the screen changer is nitrated treatment:
Nitrated time:5-10 days
Depth of nitrated layer:0.40-0.70mm

Hardness of nitration:950-1050Hv

Fragility of nitration:Less than grade 1
2)Drive system: hydraulic unit with accumlator
3)Controlling system: electric controlling pack, this part is optional , and it's not a must, 
General said, the standard configuration of one set of melt filter is : the main body of the screen changer and hydraulic unit, and according to the requirements we can supply the electric controlling pack.
