The GM-DP-R series continuous screen changer/melt filter now is widely used on the plastic recycling machine, it makes a high efficient that no material leakage or product disruption.
 
This series of continuous screen changer is designed to work with two channels in the housing of the screen changer. there is a screen cavity on each bearing piston, and a screen pack on each screen cavity. they work at the same time. when screenchange is required, one screen is working, while the other one is changed , thus the replacement without machine halt is ensured and no interrupt of the melt stream or the production.
